Customizing the look and feel of Phpauction will depend on your html, css and web design skills. If you are not familiar with html, css and web design, we will recommend you to use the graphic customize options available at your admin back-end to perform a Basic customization. With these features you will be able to upload a logo, edit colors and fonts, etc. For a complete description of this features consult the Admin back-end Manual available at the Manuals section. If you are used to web design, css and html editors you could customize the css styles and the templates for an Advanced customization. This tutorial will give you the basic guide to understand the structure of the html templates and the css styles used in Phpauction. Also how the theme selection tool behaviours so you can create or edit your themes. © Albasoftware Inc 3 2 Themes Selection feature To facilitate the look & feel customization, Phpauction packages have a Theme Selection feature. This feature allow to select some themes available by default in the package, create and install new themes in a simple way and/or edit them. By default Phpauction package include 1 design with 9 color variation. The design is name Phpauction and the color variation by default is Phpauction Blue. Each color variation is considered one theme. The themes are grouped and must be placed in the /themes folder. The theme select by default is name: default. Each theme is grouped in a folder with the name. As an example: •phpauction_blue •phpauction_green •phpauction_grey •etc. The theme folder has the css style file an ...
