Collection of NonAlcoholic Beverage Recipes PACE If you drink when you're pregnant so does your baby.Page 1Page 2The Hamilton Drug & Alcohol AwarenessCommittee in collaboration with the City ofHamilton Public Health and Community ServicesDepartment was awarded a grant from the NationalCrime Prevention Centre Community MobilizationProgram to implement PACE: The HamiltonProject on Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder(FASD). To date PACE has organised workshopsand developed resources for a variety of professionals reviewed healthy public policy anddeveloped a social marketing campaign. OverallPACE is a comprehensive first class projectfocused on preventing FASD and intervening earlywith individuals who have FASD. This guide is organised in 3 sections 1) information on FASD and tips to support an alcoholfree pregnancy; 2) tasty alcoholfree recipes; and 3) community resources. Page 3This guide is intended for women who are thinkingabout becoming pregnant are pregnant or are breastfeeding. However these tasty recipes can alsobe used at Christmas parties birthday celebrationsor any other festive occasion in order to reduceproblems associated with drinking alcohol. Therecipes found here were submitted by individualsthat live in Hamilton.
