Exhibit II Sample Work Orders RFP # RCE777426 Page 1Exhibit II Sample Work Orders RFP # RCE777426 Sample Work Order # 1: Requirement for Desktop Technical Support Services (Based on a 2080hour year)This sample work order requires personnel with the following skills: Technical Skills: Diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware and software problems Consulting and instructing users Troubleshooting in MAC Windows NT Windows XP and Windows 2000 Knowledgeable of email services (Outlook) Diagnosing and troubleshooting network printer and operating problems Installing hard drives CDROM drives tape drives etc. Knowledgeable TCP/IP protocol The above duties shall be performed in the following environment: MAC and PC hardware including motherboard video SCSI and network devices Network protocols including Ethernet and TCP/IP MAC/Windows products Software including MS Office Word Perfect Web interface software Email systems including Outlook and Eudora General Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong conceptual thinking and problem solving skills Strong analytical skills Proficiency using PC and MAC software Experience in determining information needs and user requirements Sample Work Order # 2: Requirement for Programming Services (Based on a 2080hour year)This sample work order requires personnel with the following skills: Technical Skills: Visual C++ programming and debugging in a Windows environment MFC programming experience Graphical programming experience.
