Conservation Committee & Conservation Programs: Chaired by Dr. Rick Williams the Conservation Committee is a standing board committee comprised of a committee chairpersonat least two other directors and legal counsel. The duties of the Conservation and Government Affairs committee includes overseeing the conservation program and interfacing with federal government agencies on issues associated with fisheries conservation and fly fishing education.
