Cover itwith a lighter dressing of manure andleave it for a couple of weeks. Finally aheavy dressing of compost can be mixedin lightly with a hoe. Your garden plot isnow ready for planting!Soil ConditioningApart from using general manures andcompost to feed your garden you mayneed to add other substances to conditionyour soil. This depends on what sort ofsoil you have and if you do not knowyou may need to get it analysed.
