Remove amount of cream pie needed from the regular prepared recipe and place in food processor (1/8 pie is one serving).2. Add milk. Puree until smooth in texture.3. Add ThickenUp. Process briefly until mixed scraping sides of bowl.4. Cover and chill quickly (within 2 hours) to 40F. or below before serving.5. Hold for service at internal temperature of 40F. or below.6. Portion one #10 scoop per serving or serve one wedge or pipe 6 tablespoons onto plate.Variation: Follow recipe for 12 portions. Spread into 9 pie pan coated with vegetable cooking spray.
