See Figure 1.0.1.Figure 1.0.1: To create a new pathway click on the Create Pathway toolbarbutton1.1 How to Place entities in a PathwayOpen the Palette Pane and drag and drop the protein entity (or any otherentity) from the Palette to the Pathway Pane while pressing the mousebutton.
