Solution Outline Active VoIP Recording for Mitel EVO ip active for Mitel may be installed anywhere in the IP network independent of LAN- structure and provides central call recording. This connectivity method is ideal for distributed network architectures e.g. financial institutions      with several subisidiaries. In addition to the passive solution, EVO ip active for Mitel provides the following features: * Recording of encrypted calls * Recording enabled for "hot desking" functionality * Recording of Mitel teleworker sets Search and Replay applications ASC offers multiple search-and-replay applications for calls recorded with EVO ip . Select INSTANT play or INSTANT WEB play primarily for immediate retrieval of the most recent calls by PC. By dialing a special number, immediate access to the last call may be obtained also by phone.  POWER play or WEB play excel with flexible search criteria and other advanced ASCs Vo IP recording solution with EVO ip and EVO ip active is provided as a vendor-specific Mitel solution. It contains the recording interfaces for VoIP calls, a well-engineered database,         archiving software, and unique applications such as POWER play , WEB play , INSTANT WEB play, INSTANT play and INSPIRATION pro . The product is entirely software-based and has been designed       to satisfy the most demanding recording requirements.       EVO ip is available for both Windows and Linux operating systems.
